A master class is a teaching forum where an experienced musician instructs and critiques a few select musicians in a public group setting. Our master classes are open to the public at no charge and offer keen insight into how musical knowlege is passed from one generation to the next. Concertgoers who wish to learn more about music will enjoy attending a master class. A parent with a child interested in music could stimulate and enhance that interest by accompanying the young musician to a master class.

Past Master Classes
South Florida's young musicians have enjoyed and benefited from our previous master classes. In October 2008, guest violinist David Coucheron coached two of South Florida's talented young musicians. In 2006, Ars Flores was happy to feature famed jazz flautist, Nestor Torres in a packed-house master class. Our 2004 master class featured violinist Leonid Sigal. In 2003, guest pianist Jeffrey Biegal conducted a piano master class. In April of 2002 and April of 2001, guest violinist Eyal Kless conducted public master classes. We choose guest artists with a passion for teaching younger musicians. Come and experience great teaching!
